Banker

The finance copilot for your business

Cash flow

How much cash you have today, what came in and out this week and how many months you have left if nothing changes. Banker computes it daily from the transactions of your connected account.

Available cash and months of cash

Banker takes your account balances and subtracts the cushion you decide to keep (three to six months of expenses) to show the cash really available. It divides that cash by your net monthly burn and tells you how many months you have, with a healthy, alert or critical status.

Inflows and outflows by month

Each fiscal month shows what came in and out by category, and compares invoiced with collected so you see where the money gets stuck.

Reconciliation

When the bank balance and the recorded transactions do not match, Banker flags it so you review it before the number surprises you.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know how much money is left in the business?

With the account connected, Banker shows today's available cash, net of the cushion you define, and the months of cash left at the current pace.

What is projected cash flow?

The estimate of how much cash you will have in the coming months based on expected inflows and outflows. Banker starts from your real history to project it.

What is a cash cushion?

A reserve of three to six months of expenses that Banker keeps out of the available-cash figure so you do not spend it by accident.

Does it work with several currencies?

Yes. Each account has its currency (colones, dollars or euros) and Banker shows the total in the currency you choose at the reference exchange rate.
