Banker is operated by 3-101-969375 SOCIEDAD ANONIMA (corporate ID 3-101-969375), in Costa Rica. Email: support@bankercr.com.
Service
Banker is financial management software for businesses and people in Costa Rica. It is not a bank, it is not supervised by SUGEF and it does not provide financial, accounting, tax or investment advice. The calculations and analyses it shows are based on the data you connect or enter.
For electronic invoicing, you remain the legal issuer before the Ministry of Finance; Banker is the tool you use to build, sign and send the vouchers.
Intellectual property
The Banker name, the logo and the content of this site belong to their owner. BAC Credomatic and the other trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are cited only to identify their products; no mention implies affiliation or endorsement.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This site and the service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, including Law 8968 on personal data protection and Law 7472 on competition and consumer protection. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of San José, Costa Rica, except as the Terms and Conditions provide.
